LOCAL SPACE WALK
A ladder is positioned above a projection of Google Earth on the floor. The steps of the ladder are connected to the zoom function of the Google Earth program. By climbing up the ladder Palais Paradiso visitors can go on a local space walk above Weteringschans number 6, the address of Paradiso. The installation is adding a physical 3D experience to the 2D mapping of our 3D globe.
